Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Coordinate with U.S. executives to build the product; work with U.S. clients to shape the product improvement roadmap.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
    • Set clear goals and objectives for product development and align with overall business goals.
  • Customer Focus
    • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to understand pain points, unmet needs, and areas for improvement.
    • Work with customer success, sales, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Engage with customers through surveys, user testing, and interviews to validate product direction.
  • Execution & Project Management
    • Communicate with stakeholders in the US and Nepal regarding sales, marketing, and product development. Coordinate with U.S. executives and collaborate with U.S. clients on the product improvement roadmap.
    • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
    • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and documentation.
    • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that product milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Metrics & Analysis
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and track performance against these metrics.
    • Use data and analytics to drive decisions on product improvements and enhancements.
    • Regularly report on product progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
    • Partner with customer support teams to identify and resolve product issues.
    • Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to sell and support the product.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech/product-driven environment.
    • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle (from idea to launch).
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
    • Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, Clickup etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in web application development and familiarity with AI are strong pluses; background with BI tools and agentic platforms is beneficial but not required.
  • Background knowledge on BI tools, AI tools, and agentic platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
