Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering end-to-end functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, developers, and clients to understand model objectives and ensure alignment with testing strategies.
- Perform black box testing to evaluate system behavior and functionality.
- Document and report defects and anomalies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and dataset changes.
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including load, stress, and volume testing.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to optimize repetitive tasks. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Implement quality control protocols and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Perform UI/UX validation to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across browsers and devices.
- Test cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for web applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to identify and resolve UI-related bugs.
- Validate user workflows and interactive elements for usability and performance.
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven experience in web application testing.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into user stories and test cases.
- Strong background in both functional and non-functional testing.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience with product QA and automation testing.
